PREMIER (Add $129 to the Standard Package price.)

The Premier Package is Our Most Popular Inspection Package Upgrade. Includes everything in the Standard Inspection plus the following:

1. Moldsafe – If mold is found in your home, that was not present at the time MoldSafe of inspection, you are covered for remediation up to $2,000.
2. Surface Mold Evaluation – A further investigation on any visual surface mold throughout the home with surface sample if deemed necessary by the inspector.
3. Buyers Protection Plan – If for any reason the real estate transaction on the home inspected fails to close and transfer ownership we will inspect your next home within 90-days for only $100.
